Stillness
Original painting · 20″ × 20″ · Oil on canvas with raised Lamed
Private collection.
Stillness centres on the Hebrew letter ל (Lamed), the letter of learning and ascent. A glowing white centre radiates outward, held by blue tones of inner quiet and contemplation.
It is a visual meditation on silence, space and the expansive presence found in stillness.

Commission a Painting
Each commission is an original, made by hand to your size, materials and idea: a verse, a Hebrew letter, a value or a Kabbalistic concept. Tell me what inspires you and the space it will hang in. We begin with a chevruta, in person or by video, studying the sources together, and the painting grows out of that learning. To ask about an available painting, mention its title.
